What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you piece has arrived damaged, please let us know right away! Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your piece. Please include your name, photographs showing the damage, and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement. Be advised a replacement may take an additional 2 - 3 weeks to ship, but this would be a priority for us to have shipped quicker.
